Recognizing the challenges in accessing quality, ethical, and legal pathways for infertility care worldwide she founded GS Consulting to help individuals and couples realize their dreams of parenting, regardless of background. With over 7 years in medical fertility travel, she and her team support parents across Georgia, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and the USA. Tamar firmly believes that successful surrogacy hinges on practicing ethics, maintaining transparency and open communication with intended parents, providing dedicated support to surrogates, and being available when it matters most.

As a key player in Georgian healthcare, she organized the first International Medical B2B Days to enhance Georgia’s reputation as a medical tourism destination. She founded the NGO “Together for New Life,” advocating for infertility patients in Georgia and collaborating with the European Fertility umbrella organization to raise awareness and support for reproductive issues, created a unique health insurance plan for surrogates and children born via surrogacy, aiming to simplify the surrogacy process in Georgia and made GS Consulting a valuable resource for prospective parents in multiple countries.

He has been in top management of reproductive clinics and agencies for up to 6 years and his role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing existing processes to enhance overall performance. Luka possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at using data to inform decision-making. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align strategies with organizational goals and ensure cohesive execution. Known for his innovative mindset, Luka encourages creative problem-solving and fosters a culture of adaptability within the team.

Natia Janadze MS

Head of the International Partnerships Department

She has been in reproductive law for up to 5 years Her role involves overseeing all legal matters within the organization, ensuring that the company operates within the law, and minimizing legal risks. Tamuna is known for her attention to detail and thorough understanding of various legal frameworks relevant to cross-country programs and the organization’s operations. She plays a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on corporate governance, intellectual property, labor law, and compliance issues, and spends several hours with Intended parents ensuring process flow is smooth for them in terms of legal aspects.

Alongside her legal expertise, Tamuna is learning the Chinese language and intends to further her education in China. She enjoys sampling various teas and makes it a point to try new cuisines and flavors whenever she travels for business.

Andy Leonard

Parent Intake Coordinator

Andy Leonard is a dedicated advocate and guide for Intended Parents navigating the surrogacy journey. As a parent through surrogacy himself, Andy brings personal insight and empathy to his work, informed by his own experiences across multiple countries and challenges.

Andy’s surrogacy journey began with failed attempts in Thailand and Australia, eventually leading to the birth of his son in Canada in 2017. Determined to provide a sibling for his child, Andy embarked on a second journey in Australia, which sadly ended in a traumatic miscarriage. Recognizing the need to rethink his approach, Andy turned to international surrogacy once more and partnered with GS Consulting to pursue a program in Argentina.

The success of his daughter’s surrogacy journey inspired Andy to join GS Consulting professionally, helping other Intended Parents find the right solutions for their surrogacy needs across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Georgia. With firsthand knowledge of the emotional and logistical complexities of surrogacy, Andy is passionate about ensuring Intended Parents have the support, guidance, and resources they need to achieve their dream of parenthood.

Andy’s surrogacy journeys have not only resulted in the joy of his children but also in enduring friendships, with surrogates becoming cherished members of his extended family. His unique experiences allow him to guide parents in avoiding common pitfalls while fostering successful, respectful relationships with service providers and surrogates.

In addition to his role at GS Consulting, Andy is a writer, actor, and singer, with 25 years of experience in the creative industry.

Mariam, as a Patient Coordinator, plays a vital role in each journey, acting as a bridge between patients and medical staff. Her primary responsibilities include managing patient schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that intended parents and surrogates receive the necessary care and information throughout their healthcare journey.

Mariam is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach. She assists patients in navigating the surrogacy journey, addressing their concerns, and guiding procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments. Her role often involves coordinating with various departments, insurance providers, and doctors and lawyers to ensure seamless care delivery. In addition, Maram is a key advocate for patients, listening to their needs and working to enhance their overall experience. She is skilled in handling sensitive information and maintaining patient confidentiality, always prioritizing their well-being.

Mariam is only 23 years old, studying Spanish, and has a passion for jewelry. During her business trips, she makes an effort to seek out unique and appealing handmade items. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is always ready to support the process whenever necessary.
