Meet the speakers:

• Mr. Luka Gvenetadze, MD. MBA, the head of strategic development of GS Consulting. Luka, is a visionary leader tasked with formulating and executing long-term growth strategies for the organization. He has been in the top management of reproductive clinics and agencies for up to 6 years and his role involves analyzing market trends and working closely with IPs to solve different topics is remarkable. He manages all development of GS consulting, in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Georgia.
• Mr Ash Patel, a lawyer, from Rippon Patel & French LLP, Mr Ash Patel specializes in the field of medical law and having qualified in 1982 has more than 40 years of experience in medical-legal matters. He was president of the West London Law Society and served as a Secretary of the West London Law Society for over 10 years. He is also involved in charitable work as a trustee of the Paddington Law Centre and the Hammersmith and Fulham Law Centre and was a School Governor. He now serves as a local Councillor in Fulham. He has assisted and contributed to several articles and literature on the well-being of children and has a particular focus on surrogacy, especially in obtaining parental orders under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008. His firm has undertaken this work for several years and has built up significant relationships with various hospitals and clinics in countries all over the world including in Europe, the USA, and Asia. This has also enabled his firm to create direct associations with local lawyers and notaries to obtain the necessary paperwork to be completed, translated, and received promptly. He has achieved a 100% success rate in obtaining each Parental Order in the High Court in every case in which his firm has been instructed.
